Then you choose the cap construction, hair texture, color, density and length (up to 36”).  Your wig can be designed with or without a part, baby hair, widow’s peak, etc.

If you can create it, we can make it.  Want streaks or highlights?  No problem.

STEP #1  -  How to take measurements for your wig.

Before you start: Pin hair as flat and as tight as possible before taking the measurements. This will eliminate bulges that distort head contours.               

Measure all around the head. Position tape measure so its edge follows the hair line around the head and nape of the neck. (Average measurement is 22 inches).

1.  THE CIRCUMFERENCE OF THE HEAD:

Measure from hairline at center of forehead straight back over crown to center of hairline at nape of neck. (Average measurement is 13 1/2 inches).

At front of ear, measure from hairline at base of sideburn, up across the hair line along forehead to same point in front of other ear. (Average measurement is 11 1/2 inches).

Measure from hairline directly above the ear across top of head to the hairline directly above the other ear. (Average measurement is 11 inches).

From temple to temple across the back of head. (Average measurement is 14 inches).

Measure the width of hairline across the nape of the neck. (Average measurement is 6 inches).

STEP #3  -  CHOOSE YOUR HAIR TEXTURE ( we also have kinky straight...not shown)

STEP #4  -  CHOOSE YOUR HAIR COLOR.  Refer to “color chart” page

STEP #5  -  CHOOSE YOUR DENSITY

STEP #6  -  CHOOSE YOUR LACE COLOR (Use the below guide)

Flesh Tone – For skin tones similar to Beyonce’.
Light Brown – For skin tones similar to Tyra Banks.
Medium Brown – For skin tones similar to Janet Jackson & Eve.
Dark Brown – For skin tones similar to Angela Bassett or Cicely Tyson.
Beige – For Caucasian women.

STEP #7  -  REFER TO “PRICE LIST & PAYMENT OPTIONS” PAGE TO CHOOSE YOUR LENGTH (This determines your cost….everything else is included).

The density percentages come from the ladies wig industry.   

Our average hairpiece is 80%, however, when customers request a higher density we try to persuade them to bring it down.  When they do, they finally get it….less density is better.

Once you choose your color(s), use the picture to the right to tell us where you’d like your highlights.

This is the standard way of measuring wig length. The measurement is taken from the crown to the tips of the hair. This measurement is always given when the hair is straight.

**If your desired length is 16”, when ordering a curly texture, you would need to order an 18” wig.**
