Lay-A-Way Plan

Designed for customers on a tight budget. A $350.00 deposit will get your wig order started. Take up to 12 weeks (90 days) to make payments. This way, your wig will be processed and ready for shipment by the time your payments are completed.

Once wig production has started, deposit money is non-refundable. Call or e-mail for detailed terms of layaway policy.

Western Union & Money Gram

Another safe & fast way to pay. Please contact us by phone or e-mail after funds are sent so we can start your custom wig.

Personal Checks are not accepted

We use UPS for all deliveries. Orders are processed Monday-Friday until 2:00 pm Eastern time. Orders placed after 2:00 will be processed the next business day. For custom wigs, please allow up to six weeks.

For Damaged Packages: Keep the shipping carton and notify us immediately so we can file a damage claim on your behalf.

For Cancellations: If you need to change or cancel your order, you must do so by end of business day— the date the order was placed. After that, all orders are subject to a 5% cancellation fee. No cancellations are allowed for custom wigs once production has started.

SHIPPING

Necessary Accessory offers the highest quality hair at the best possible price. The workmanship of our wigs are guaranteed. You have to make the correct choices though (size, color, texture, length & density). To ensure you get what you ordered, each wig is inspected before shipped.

All sales are final. These units are custom designed and fitted per client’s request. Absolutely NO REFUNDS/EXCHANGES DUE TO STRICT HEALTH REGULATIONS. However, if there is an error on our behalf, we will correct the problem free of charge.

REFUNDS

All returns require a return merchandise authorization code (RMA) and must be in resalable condition.
